Mr. Djoko Santoso has more than 15 years experience in manufacturing fields in various company and more then 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing Lean principle, Lean Six Sigma principle, Total Quality Management, Total productive maintenance and almost day to day activity working with Kaizen event across continent in Indonesia, Europe and USA.
Mr. Djoko Santoso is certified Lean and Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma Black Belt and mostly all the time working with Lean and Six Sigma project. Mr. Djoko has developed some company to implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodology, and manufacturing service such as : maintenance, management control system, Quality development program, measurement system analysis and others manufacturing support.
Mr. Djoko had been working in USA and Europe as Lean and Six Sigma Black belt and manufacturing operation, and more then 20 project of Lean, Lean six sigma, TPM, Kaizen, project management and others continues improvement implementation already completed with many experience in worldwide Continues improvement competition. Total project saving more then 15,000 K euro annualize.
